Campbelltown’s Queen Street is lined with excellent examples of mid-19th century architecture.

Enjoy a day at an Australiana farm, ‘Gledswood Homestead’ at Catherine Field, set in six acres of historic gardens and dates back to 1827. Belgenny Farm in Camden is an historic site where you can witness re-enactments of Rum Corps drills at the homestead of John Macarthur, after whom the region is named. Nature lovers shouldn’t miss the Georges River Nature Reserve, which offers spectacular sandstone scenery and is a well-known koala habitat.

Glasshouse Mountains

The Glasshouse Mountains in the hinterland of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast are actually the cores of 20 million year old volcanoes. The sides of the volcanoes have eroded away leaving only the hardened rock spiremountain cores we see today. Learn more about this awe-inspiring landscape.
