The Mannum Motel features 27 units, with many overlooking the mighty River Murray including 12 self contained units and all units are on the ground floor. The complex offers two private function rooms.

The Mannum Motel is situated in historic Mannum, just 84 kilometres from Adelaide and is the birthplace of the River Murray paddle steamers and the town retains strong links to its romantic river past.

Mannum is the home of the paddle steamer PS Marion, The Murray Princess and the Proud Mary as well as a large part of South Australia’s houseboat fleet. Mannum is the ideal base for a family holiday with fishing, water sports, bowls, golf and tennis available.
