Kangaroo Island Health Retreat provides a complete two day weekend body pamper package or cleanse and rejuvenation program. The Lodge has been purposely built for up to eight guests to cleanse, rejuvenate, lose weight and de-stress. Interior decor is country cottage in a California bungalow style building. All rooms overlook magnificent Emu Bay, Shoal Bay and the peaceful countryside of Kangaroo Island. Rejuvenation program includes accommodation and all meals made from organically grown wholefoods plus use of facilities, sauna and spa, yoga, pilates, massage, aerobics, swimming (pool and ocean), beach and bush walking and nutrition instruction.
