Lakeside Getaway is a stunning, modern self contained luxury villa in the picturesque and peaceful surrounds of Encounter Lakes, Victor Harbor. Only 100 metres to a secluded sandy beach and beautiful picnic reserve and a five minute walk to the scenic Esplanade, walking/bike trail, cafes, restaurants and the local general store. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Bluff to Granite Island at Encounter Bay.

The villa features three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six persons, a spacious lounge/family/dining room and a two way bathroom with a separate toilet and laundry. Outside there is an outdoor undercover entertaining area with a four burner gas barbecue, a Weber barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is fully enclosed fencing for privacy and security with off street parking with enclosed carport for car or boat. There is a boat ramp nearby.
