Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast

The impressive Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise boasts the best location on the Gold Coast offering something a little different from the usual tourist hotel.

Idyllically positioned just 250 metres from the golden beaches, the resort style hotel located on the Gold Coast Highway is close to the glittering Surfers Paradise nightlife and Casino but just far enough away to enjoy pure relaxation.

The Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise has something for everyone – unparalleled selection of deluxe hotel rooms and suites, all with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. Three restaurants and bars, resort style swimming pools and hot spas, tennis courts, unisex sauna, beauty and health rooms, non-denominational chapel, gymnasium and exercise room, children’s holiday centre and entertainment centre featuring the latest electronic games, casual bar and karaoke room.

Each room is well appointed with a mini bar, refrigerator, remote control television, radio, air conditioning and accommodates two adults and two children comfortably.

The stylish resort features a variety of restaurants and bars for guests to choose from including The Terrace Cafe and Bar, Cristel’s Restaurant and Swaggs public bar.

The hotel features its own tourist attraction, Queensland’s only revolving restaurant, the stunning Four Winds, on the hotel’s twenty-sixth level. The restaurant provides breathtaking views, by night or day. Open for lunch and dinner every day and breakfasts on Sundays, Four Winds boasts a memorable fresh seafood and authentic Asian buffet.

The hotel features one of the few Queensland in-house complimentary hotel holiday centres for children. Aptly named the ‘Kids Only Club’, it offers daily entertainment for children aged between five and 12 years. Far more than just an activity centre, the KO Club provides an exciting holiday environment for kids, while their parents receive a well-earned break! The KO Club is open on weekends and during school holidays.

Glasshouse Mountains

The Glasshouse Mountains in the hinterland of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast are actually the cores of 20 million year old volcanoes. The sides of the volcanoes have eroded away leaving only the hardened rock spiremountain cores we see today. Learn more about this awe-inspiring landscape.
