Peppers Hidden Vale South East Queensland Country, Lockyer Valley

Peppers Hidden Vale is a 10,000 acre cattle station located just 60 minutes south west of Brisbane, offering old world charm and elegance set amongst the quintessential Queensland countryside. Rolling hills and sweeping valleys prevail as far as the eye can see.

The cattle station, complete with cattle, horses, working dogs, an emu and an abundance of native wildlife, offers a host of outdoor activities to excite the adventurer in just about everyone.

Guests can take in the natural flora and fauna during horse riding day tours, leisurely bushwalks or four wheel drive tours lead by trained guides. For the more audacious, there are overnight treks including a three hour horse ride to rustic chalets for a campfire dinner under the stars of the outback sky.

For those who prefer to relax and rejuvenate, Peppers Hidden Vale Lockyer Valley offers a tranquil oasis like no other – the only noises are those of native birds and the whistle of the cool summer breeze. Sink into Chesterfield leather lounges beside the crackling fireplaces during winter or languish by the cooling waters of the spectacular hillside pool in summer.

Cotton’s restaurant features an exciting menu using fresh local produce served in a relaxed yet elegant setting.

Cotton’s bar is perfect for relaxed pre dinner drinks or a quiet nightcap to conclude an evening. Those with a taste for classic flavours will delight in a relaxing cognac by the open fireplace while cocktail lovers are advised to allow Peppers staff to surprise them with one of their cocktail specials.

All 30 rooms and suites are decorated in country themes, most with sweeping views of the Lockyer Valley from verandahs and some with fireplaces.
