Rosebrook Cottages, Maleny

Rosebrook Cottages are set on 12 acres of undulating countryside just two minutes drive from the township of Maleny in the Sunshine Hinterland – 25 minutes to the surf beaches and approximately a one hour drive from Brisbane City.

The views from each cottage encompass the surrounding hills and valleys – wonderful morning scenes of the mist floating up from Lake Baroon to the spectacular sun setting over the local range. The gardens surrounding the cottages have been planted with perfumed heritage roses, and screens with climbing roses keep each individual cottage private. Rainforest trees have been planted along the boundary to attract the fauna and ensure privacy.

The three timber cottages are designed for couples. One cottage has a loft which can accommodate two extra adults. The cottages are luxuriously appointed featuring polished timber floors, glass louvres, timber blinds, leather lounges and queen sized beds, which are outfitted with goose down doonas and pillows and quality bed linen. There’s a separate room with a double spa bath that has wonderful views, and a wooden combustion fire for those cool wintry nights. The kitchen has a microwave, two gas burner hot plates, toaster, juicer, kettle and quality crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has a television, video cassette recorder, and compact disc player. The bathroom has a heated towel rail and the shower recess has a pebbled floor. In the loft cottage there is also a washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. A portable barbecue has been placed on each veranda – a fantastic place to sit, watch the sunset and keep cool with the summer sea breezes.

All linen, towels and towelling robes are provided. The tariff includes provisions for a full hearty country breakfast.
