Mantra Links Resort, Port Douglas

Mantra Links Resort is nestled between the World Heritage areas of the Daintree Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef, in the heart of Tropical North Queensland. The resort is comprised of 38 luxury two, three and four bedroom villas as well as 28 dual key apartments. All rooms have been superbly decorated with great attention to detail.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and palms, the villas offer privacy and spaciousness. They are fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. All villas have balconies with comfortable outdoor settings and sensational views across the Links Golf Course and the natural rainforest spine, to the mountains of the Mowbray Valley. The dual key suites offer versatility as they may be let as a Links room, a one-bedroom suite or combined to make a two-bedroom suite. The suites are fully self-contained with full kitchen, laundry, lounge and dining facilities of a style similar to the villas. The apartments overlook a series of beautifully landscaped cascading resort pools and lush tropical gardens and are either ground or first floor.

The ‘Gleneagles’ precinct of the resort is completed by two free form resort pools, synthetic grass tennis court under lights, and barbecue pavilions. The Links Health Club offers a gym, 25 metre lap pool, synthetic grass tennis courts, under lights and aqua aerobics classes.

The spacious, wide verandas of the Links Clubhouse, provide a pleasant vantage point for viewing the course and allow for the often balmy breeze to wash over you whilst enjoying a meal or refreshing beverage or two at the Veranda Restaurant and Bar. The course itself is a magnificent 18 hole ‘links’ design course, designed by Thomson, Wolveridge and Perrett, delivers challenges for the professional and novice alike.
