All the conveniences, easy walking distance to public transport, post office and shopping centre. Managers on site 24 hours a day, LP gas and tour information is available.

Small, people friendly dogs are welcome with conditions.

Facilities include laundry, amenities block with baby bath, free gas barbecue area, fax facilities, and only 100 metres to a deli and tennis courts. Linen hire is available.

As well as caravan and camping sites we have a number of on site vans and other accommodation options for you to choose from.

We are situated at the foot of the Darling Range (24kms from Perth) close to Armadale heritage country, Roleystone and Araluen. Perth Airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from Kelmscott on main highways.
