Creek Haven, Yackandandah

Creek Haven has three individually styled and private self contained cottages situated just 5km’s to the historic Yackandandah township. Surrounded by valleys and mountain ranges, Creek Haven is situated at the foot of the Great Divided Ranges.

This makes it a great place to take time out and relax or the cottages provide an ideal base for exploring the region, natural surrounds such as Yackandandah Gorge, Woolshed Falls, Mt Pilot or Mt buffalo. There are many events and festivals in nearby picturesque towns almost all year round including Opera in the Alps, Yackandandah Folk Festival, Celtic & Jazz Festivals of Beechworth. Near to Albury/Wodonga , you have access to Cinemas, Museums, Art Galleries.

Transport options include daily services to Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra from Albury Airport. V/Line trains also run daily from nearby Albury & Wodonga. Enjoy a romantic break with someone special and indulge yourself with special extras that we are can arrange at your request. These include a choice of; * Picnic Hampers & Platters, * Champagne, * Restaurant bookings and/or * Relaxation Massage.

Take advantage of all three cottages on the property, by getting together with a group of friends or family. Pick up your favourite book or Cd and hibernate by the log fire in the winter. Summer time is an opportunity to soak in the rock pools of Yackandandah Creek at the rear of the property or swim in the nearby natural lake beside the Strawberry Winery. The choice is simply yours. Creek Haven is a “Land for Wildlife” member which is blessed with natural features like the granite boulders, springs, indigenous flora and fauna. This property is a real haven for many bird species.
