Lovely back garden with barbecue and outdoor setting plus off street parking. Located in a quiet street in Moama, walking distance to shops, restaurants, clubs, Murray River and Echuca. THE OLD BANK Built in 1890, the magnificent Old Bank has been lovingly restored and can offer 2 totally separate fully self-contained apartments. North Bank has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge/dining, kitchen. South Bank has its own kitchen, lounge/ dining, bathroom and 1 bedroom. The Old Bank also has the added versatility of becoming a 4 bedroom home for larger groups. The back garden features a spa under gazebo and barbecue plus off street parking.
