Bailey Bar Caravan Park, Charleville

Owner Wendy O’Hern invites you to escape, relax and experience the West at her own little oasis, the Bailey Bar Caravan Park.

Situated in King Street, the Bailey Bar is Charleville‘s Top Tourist Park, conveniently located away from busy and noisy highways and only a short walk to the heart of town.

Wendy and staff will assist you in every way including showing you into your site and providing information on all that Charleville has to offer.

Immaculately clean and spacious self-contained ensuite cabins and units are also available. All are air-conditioned, with cabins sleeping up to six guests while the deluxe units provide disabled facilities. One offers a spa for those who really know how to spoil themselves! The new family rooms provide you with all the space you need to relax.

Or why not treat yourself to either a therapeutic massage to relax those weary travel-sore muscles in the comfort and privacy of your own van or room, or to a Gourmet Breakfast Basket which Wendy will deliver to you?

During winter months join the Bailey Bar ‘Happy Hour’ and listen to locals recite original bush poetry, crack stock whips, play the didgeridoo and generally provide an hour of great entertainment. Then you are invited to follow this up with a hearty hot country meal served with damper. And for an extra treat, try their home made desserts. Bookings are essential.

A visit to Charleville won’t be as enjoyable without a stay at the Bailey Bar Caravan Park.

Pristine wilderness without a single footprint in sight, the sparkle of cosmopolitan high rise on the waters edge, the adrenalin pumping roar of a powerful surf beach, or quite simply the perfect white squeaky sand that squelches between your toes. Glasshouse Mountains

The Glasshouse Mountains in the hinterland of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast are actually the cores of 20 million year old volcanoes. The sides of the volcanoes have eroded away leaving only the hardened rock spiremountain cores we see today. Learn more about this awe-inspiring landscape.
