Ocean Villas, Joondalup

Delightful Ocean Villas, styled for family accommodation, short or long term stays.

The villas are four stars rated and each is self-contained and tastefully decorated.

As there are just 12 ground level villas in the secured complex they guarantee a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere.

The villas are just a two minute walk from the crystal clear waters of Scarborough Beach, as well as several restaurants, a Cole’s supermarket, post office, golf courses and the twice hourly, bus service to Perth.

Each villa has a separate lounge room and television room three bedrooms and fully enclosed private back courtyard, which provides ample room for the family to move. There is also a spacious laundry with auto washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

A double garage with an automatically controlled door has room for two cars or a trailer or boat, with direct access into the villa.

The luxury of a large heated spa in each bathroom, two toilets, air-conditioning, heater, microwave oven, fully equipped kitchen and all linen, make the villas a good choice for families and business people alike.

Villas sleep a maximum of five people including children. A minimum of two nights stay applies.

The friendly staff hope to see you on your next stay in Perth.
