The three bedroom holiday home, sleeping up to six people, has a great easy going feel in which you and the family or friends, can kick back and relax. There’s plenty of parking for car, boat and trailer.
Or the four bedroom chalet, set amongst peppermint trees and lawns which is able to accommodate up to 10 people. There is also room for car, boat and trailer parking.

The holiday home and chalet properties are within 50 metres of each other, making them ideal for multiple family or small group bookings. Each of these are ready for you to enjoy. All you need are your personal effects and of course a bottle of wine and good company.

Guesthouse Queen Ensuite Rooms

These rooms contain a queen sized bed, private bathroom, television, fridge, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. They have outstanding views out across the Blackwood River and the Southern Ocean. Guests also have use of the shared living areas downstairs including a very well equipped kitchen, dinning lounge/television room and laundry as well as the outside barbecue facilities and gardens.

Guesthouse Double Room with shared bathroom

These rooms contain a double bed with bed linen, blankets and doonas, dressing table, bedside cabinet and light. Guests also have a private Television in the room. All other facilities such as a very well equipped kitchen, dinning, lounge/telvision room, laundry and ladies and gents bathrooms. Guests also have use of the barbecue and outdoor areas.

Guesthouse Family Room with shared bathroom

These room contain a queen bed,a single bed, a bunk bed, a television, bed side tables with lamps and wardrobe. Guests have use of all other facilities including ladies and gents bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, dinning, lounge/television room and laundry. Outside are barbecue facilities and garden areas.

Guesthouse Twin Room with shared bathroom

These rooms contain two single beds along with writing desk, bed side lamps, wardrobe and private television. Guests have use of ladies and gents bathrooms and all other facilities such as the very well equipped kitchen, dinning, lounge/television room and laundry. Guest also have use of the barbecue and outdoor facilities.

Guesthouse Multi-share Rooms

These rooms have a combination of both single and bunk beds with individual lockers and bed side lights. These are purchased by the bed and guests share the room with other independent travellers. Guests have use of the very well equipped kitchen, dinning, lounge and television room, laundry and ladies and gents bathrooms. Guests are welcome to utilise the outdoor barbecue and garden areas.

Self-contained – Seine Bay Cottage – on the Blackwood

This is a delightful timber two bedroom cottage, built in the 1940’s with a unique location, right on the banks of the Blackwood River. It offers a beautiful, tranquil and romantic setting in which to relax with a glass of wine watching the dolphins swimming and the pelicans fishing. The cottage is fully self-contained and has been refurbished with period furniture and all modern facilities, including a fully functional kitchen, dining/lounge area, laundry and gas BBQ while maintaining the delightful cottage charm. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and there are twin single beds in the second room. It is only a short walk to the beautiful Colour Patch area, which offers a lovely cafe’ for coffee and cake or an evening meal or a few minutes walk to the town centre in the opposite direction. Complimentary tea and coffee, fresh milk and chocolates on arrival with a few other little extras added such as bathrobes.

Self-contained – Holiday Home – 3 bedroom

This is a very comfortable three bedroom brick and tile holiday home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, within a seven – ten minute walk of the town centre and bakery and a two – five minute drive to the scenic River mouth and beaches. It is fully self-contained with kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry facilities. As it is located on its own private property, it offers plenty of room for children to play, car, boat and trailer parking. There is also an under cover carport. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed while the other two bedrooms both are setup with two single beds in each therefore is able to comfortable sleep up to six people. Complimentary tea and coffee and fresh milk is provided on arrival.

Self-contained – A-Frame Chalet – 4 bedroom

This is a double-storey A-Frame brick/iron style chalet which is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable overnight or weekly stay. Nestled amongst peppermint trees and lawns, there is pleanty of room for the children to play and parking for cars, boats and trailers. The master bedroom has a queen and single bed, bedroom two has a double bed, room three has four single beds and room four has a single bed. Bedrooms one, two and three are located upstairs while the fourth room is downstairs along with all of the living areas, bathroom, two toilets and laundry.The living areas open out onto an outside paved barbeque (gas) area. Ccomplimentary tea and coffee and milk are provided on your arrival. Located within a five to seven minute walk for bakery and the town centre and a very short drive to the local beaches and attractions this presents as great holiday accomdation for couples, families or small groups.
