Mildura’s Linsley House, Mildura

The cool gardens and river-side location of Mildura‘s Linsley House b&b are an excellent escape from the pressures of every day life, and the hosts Colin and Desley take pleasure in welcoming you to their charming and tranquil home. The perfect place to relax with a drink after a day spent experiencing the many wineries of the area or cruising the Murray River by paddle steamer. A great base from which to experience the year-round Mediterranean climate of Sunraysia, and only 1.5 kilometres from one of the area’s best wineries – Trentham Estate. MILDURA’S LINSLEY HOUSE is approached via a driveway through citrus groves. Oranges are freshly picked and squeezed each morning and accompanies a hearty breakfast and home made preserves. A magnificent, panoramic view of the garden and Murray river from the 2 queen/en suite bedrooms, each with glass doors opening onto a screened patio. The garden leading to the river is lush and meticulously maintained, while the rooms themselves are comfortably furnished in old world furniture including heating and ceiling fans. The guest lounge/living area is very spacious and includes, television, woodfire, air-conditioning and comfortable antiques, also mini kitchen facilities, microwave and fridge for extended stays.
