Take morning walks or bike rides along the picturesque track that runs through the park along the boardwalk to the port of Bairnsdale then onto the lind bridge, across the swing bridge over the back water (round trip of approx 5.4km). Also nearby East Gippsland rail trail a designated cycling trail, the Buchan caves tour the breath taking caves & feed the local wildlife, Metung, Lakes Entrance, Paynesville & Eagle Point for all your fishing, boating, beach & swimming needs. The park facilities include: Private jetty on the Mitchell river, luxury ensuite cabins, on-site caravan & cabin accommodation, barbecue facilities(undercover), children’s play area, powered sites with annexe pads, large camping area, first class amenities blocks, shade trees & well cared for lawns.
