Lutanna Sands Holiday Units consist of four two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units. The units are very fresh with lovely views of the water from the verandas. The property is straight across from the water at Margate Beach, which is a very safe swimming beach and has great fishing when the time is right.

Margate is a quiet area and is a lovely spot for a relaxing holiday. The position also makes this property close to the city, the north coast and Australia Zoo yet it is away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy city life.

To get to the Gold Coast you go straight down the Gateway going through only three sets of lights. Redcliffe has a wonderful walkway and bikeway which can take you right around the Peninsular.

Two Bedroom Unit

Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with two single beds. Each unit has a washing machine and dryer, three with a bath and shower (in it) the other unit shower only. The kitchen has a full size fridge and stove with a microwave, there is also a television and video cassette recorder, lounge and dining suites. There are free videos to watch. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, table and chairs out on the veranda.

Three Bedroom Unit

Queen size bed, two singles in another and trundle bed in another room. Reverse cycle air-conditioning television and video cassette recorder (free movies available). Washing Machine and dryer, shower and corner bath in bathroom. The full size kitchen has a fridge, stove and microwave. Tiled in living rooms, carpeted in bedrooms.
