The northern end of Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park is a rich wilderness of flora and fauna, a region of open moorland and heaths dotted with lakes and tarns, deep gorges and forested valleys. It is here that you will find Cradle Mountain Chateau.
The hotel is only a two hour drive from Launceston, 1.25 hours from Devonport, 90 km from the nearest airport at Burnie.
