Delatite Resort offers affordable, off-mountain accommodation and comprises individually owned apartments, units and rooms which are available for rental all year round. Delatite Resort, which sits beside the Delatite River, is located in Merrijg, just a two and a half hour drive from Melbourne and a ten minute drive to Mount Buller’s entrance. There are a number of accommodation options available ranging from motel style rooms to fully self contained apartments. All apartments and rooms are self catering. The apartments can sleep up to 8 people and include living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD or video, stereo, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Most have large entertaining decks and great views. The motel style rooms sleep up to four people. All rooms have ensuite, microwave, TV, some have DVD, coffee/tea making facilities, toaster, fridge, heater and air-conditioner. All apartments and rooms have access to the resort’s own swimming pool, floodlit tennis court and barbecue area. The Merrijig Hunt Club Hotel is situated next door and provides excellent meals at reasonable prices. The attractions of the High Country are not limited to the snow ski season. Winter, summer, autumn or spring, there’s always something exciting to do in the High Country. Alternatively you can simply relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery, take a swim in the resort’s own swimming pool, have a game of tennis or go for a bush walk.
