Horizons At Peregian, Peregian Beach

Horizons at Peregian is ideally located at the centre of 14 kilometres of pristine ocean beach surrounded by the Noosa National Park. Horizons is popular with overseas visitors, surfers and is welcoming to the gay and lesbian community. It is an ideal property for those visitors who seek a beachside holiday in a quiet location away from the high-rise and busy resort areas.

The property consists of 15 self-contained two and three bedroom holiday apartments and penthouses. They are air-conditioned and all contain two bathrooms, large well-equipped kitchens, television, video cassette recorder, DVD and stereo systems. The penthouses all have extensive ocean views and a private rooftop deck with spa. The resort features a heated salt-water pool and spa, barbeque facilities and secure underground parking.

Horizons is within easy walking distance of the Peregian Beach village with its unique selection of restaurants, cafes, health and beauty treatment facilities and shops. The beach is patrolled by the local surf clubs and is a mecca for surfers and beach fishermen. Many sporting activities are located within a short distance of the resort including: golf, fishing, surfing, diving, water skiing, hang gliding, wind surfing, parachuting, sky diving, lawn bowls and tennis. Nearby attractions include the World Heritage listed Fraser Island, Noosa Everglades, local markets and the unique hinterland towns of Kin Kin, Maleny, Montville and Cooroy.

Horizons is a member of Tourism Noosa, Tourism Sunshine Coast, the Australian Gay Tourism Association. The resort is also the sponsor of the annual Noosa Mardi Gras recovery week held each year in March after Sydney’s gay Mardi Gras.

Horizons at Peregian is easily accessible; it is close to Sunshine Coast airport and approximately 15 minutes from Noosa Junction. Brisbane airport is about 90 minutes by car and is adequately served by hourly door-to-door shuttle services.
