The Mindarie Marina is located just 25 minutes north of Perth City and is the complete package – Perfect location, comfortable and affordable four star accommodation, fantastic entertainment and dining options, and beautiful beaches.

The Marina is also home to a new Microbrewery – The Indian Ocean Brewing Company – a relaxing and very stylish venue right on the waters edge. Serving delicious wood fired pizzas, mouth watering grills and a selection of handcrafted beers brewed on site. Just walking distance from the brewery you will also find ‘The Boat Ale, Tea and Fish House’, made famous by its fish and chips and a range of other culinary delights.

The Marina is close to both rail and bus transport and is just minutes from the cinema, shopping centre and Yanchep National Park. There are also a number of water-based recreational activities on offer for your enjoyment including: surfing, snorkelling, whale watching (seasonal), fishing, scuba diving and boating.

All the one and two bedroom suites and the two self contained villas contain large private balconies with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and Marina.
