Peppermint Park Eco Village, Busselton

Centrally located between Busselton and Dunsborough on Caves Road, Peppermint Park is the perfect base for accessing all the attractions the south west has to offer. Situated on twenty acres of peppermint tree parklands, this holiday park offers a whisper quiet location to make your visit more enjoyable.

For those interested in nature there is an abundance of wildlife, varied birdlife, possums and the odd kangaroo visits the Eco Village. The property is bordered by 670 acres of natural bushland of the Locke Reserve and a river diversion channel which provides excellent fishing.

All our chalets and cabins are self-contained with kitchen, ensuite/bathroom, verandah and linen so treat yourself to a complete getaway. The Park has a large camp kitchen/games room, swimming pool, playground, volleyball court and your children will love it too. Our powered and unpowered sites are all fully grassed and there are gazebos with free to use barbecues scattered throughout the park.

The crystal clear waters of Geographe Bay is only a short 300 metre stroll away where you can experience quiet walks along the beach, swimming, fishing and beautiful sunsets.

Cozy Queen Chalet

The one bedroom chalet has a queen bed, ensuite, fully self-contained kitchen with cook top and microwave. There are bedside tables, television, fridge, table and chairs. All linen, pillows and blankets are supplied. All units have ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning plus a front balcony with table and chairs.

Cosy Twin Chalet

The one bedroom chalet contains two single beds plus an ensuite, fully self-contained kitchen with cook top and microwave. There are bedside tables, television, fridge, table and chairs. All linen, pillows and blankets are supplied. All units have ceiling fans and reverse cycle airconditioning plus a front balcony with tables and chairs

Cosy Triple Chalet

The triple refurbished chalet contains a double bed plus a single bed. It is fully self contained with ensuite, kitchen with cook top and microwave. There are bedside tables, television, fridge, table and chairs. All linen, pillows,blankets and towels are supplied. All units have ceiling fans and reverse cycle airconditioning plus a front balcony with outdoor table and chairs. This chalet is designed especially for couples with a small child or elderly companion who is in need of constant supervision.

Interconnecting Chalets

The interconnecting chalets have one room with a double bed and the other room has two single beds, interconnected by a door. Both rooms have ensuite, fully self contained kitchen with cook top and microwave. There are bedside tables with reading lamps, television, fridge, table and chairs. All linen, pillows and blankets are supplied. There is a ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning plus a front balcony with table and chairs. The interconnecting chalets are ideal for those who wish to be able to close the door, watch their own television and have their own facilities.

One Bedroom Cabin

Unique designed new cabins with reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans, coloured television and DVD player. There is a fully self-contained kitchen with cooktop and microwave, lounge suite, dining suite and fridge. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and built in robes and the galley has a set of bunks. There is also an ensuite. All cabins come with linen, blankets, pillows and towels. Outdoor table and chairs are situated on the balcony.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Queen Cabin

These are our top of the range deluxe cabins featuring two separate bedrooms each with a queen size bed. There is also a dining room, delightful kitchen with four burner stove and oven, microwave, pantry, fridge, lots of cupboard space, all your crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, glassware, kettle, toaster etc. Your lounge room has two lounge suites, coloured television and DVD, coffee tables etc. There is a lovely bathroom and separate toilet. All rooms have ceiling fans and reverse cycle airconditioning is a feature of all these deluxe cabins. All linen, pillows and blankets are supplied.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Cabin

This is another of our deluxe designed cabins that sleeps a minimum of four persons. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has two single beds. There is a large lounge room, dining room, delightful self contained kitchen with a four burner stove and oven, microwave, pantry, fridge plus lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is big and the toilet separate. Your lounge room has two lounge suites, coloured television and DVD, coffee tables etc. All rooms have ceiling fans and reverse cycle airconditioning is a feature of all these combinations of deluxe cabins. All linen, pillows, blankets and towels are supplied.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Family Cabin

These are our top of the range deluxe cabins sleeping a minimum of five persons. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has a single bed plus a set of bunk beds. The lounge room has two lounge suites, coloured television and DVD, coffee tables etc. There is a delightful self contained kitchen with a four burner stove and oven, microwave, pantry, fridge and lots of cupboard space and a separate dining area. The cabin has a large bathroom with separate toilet. All rooms have ceiling fans and reverse cycle airconditioning is a feature of the deluxe cabin. All linen, pillows and blankets are supplied.

Powered Sites

Peppermint Park Eco Village offers new grassed powered sites for Caravans and campers.
Two new ablution blocks with disabled facilities have been built and there is a coin operated laundry situated at one end of each block which also contains a baby bath.
A large modern camp kitchen offers for your use fridge, freezer, hotplates and convection microwave. Free gas barbecues are also available outside the kitchen and around thepark under covered gazebo’s.
The park also has a new large games room offering pool tables, table tennis and soccer games. A lovely swimming pool and volleyball court gives the children plenty to do. We also have a children’s playground for the little ones.

Unpowered Sites

Peppermint Park Eco Village has lovely grassed sites close to the large new modern camp kitchen which offers for your use a fridge, freezer, hotplates and a convection microwave. Free gas barbecues are situated outside the kitchen and around the Park under covered gazebo’s.
Our two new ablution blocks have disabled facilites available and there is a laundry with coin operated washers and dryers and each with a baby bath at one end of each amenity block.
The Park has a swimming pool and a new games room offering pool tables, table tennis and soccer games. There is a volleyball court and children’s playground to keep them amused.
