Bay-Ann Cottage, Brownlow

Bay-Ann Cottage is a beautiful new bed and breakfast just three kilometres from Kingscote the largest town on Kangaroo Island.

Nestled amongst the gum trees, on Bayview Road (off Lovers Lane), Bay-Ann Cottage boasts a magnificent view across the bay from not only the front deck but from the master bedroom, lounge and dining area.

Romantically decorated in relaxing blues with a touch of creams and whites throughout, the cottage has every modern convenience needed for your comfort.

Just imagine after a day touring Kangaroo Island (or even doing nothing) relaxing in the two person spa in the large well appointed bathroom and then further unwinding on the decking taking in not only the view, but also the antics of the little blue wrens that inhabit the surrounding trees. You may even be lucky enough to see one of the shy local possums or wallabies as you cook your evening meal on the electric barbecue.

In the morning, cook up a feast from the breakfast provisions, provided by your hosts, before you take in more sights of Kangaroo Island.

Bay-Ann Cottage sleeps four persons with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. All bedding and linen are provided. For your convenience Bay-Ann is equipped with a television, DVD player and movie library, a stereo complete with a selection of music, reverse cycle air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, microwave and a full size stove.

Pristine wilderness without a single footprint in sight, the sparkle of cosmopolitan high rise on the waters edge, the adrenalin pumping roar of a powerful surf beach, or quite simply the perfect white squeaky sand that squelches between your toes. Glasshouse Mountains

The Glasshouse Mountains in the hinterland of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast are actually the cores of 20 million year old volcanoes. The sides of the volcanoes have eroded away leaving only the hardened rock spiremountain cores we see today. Learn more about this awe-inspiring landscape.
