Relax and enjoy the wonderfully welcoming atmosphere of this holiday home, which is situated right on the foreshore, directly adjacent to the best sandy beach in Kingscote, opposite the yacht club.

The house is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay, with quality linen throughout, books, videos, CD’s, games and all new furnishings and appliances.

If you would like to dine at the famous Ozone Seafront Hotel we offer ten percent discount on main meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have a complimentary pick up and drop off service in our courtesy car. There are also tastings of great Kangaroo Island wines every day at the Ozone.
