Thurn, Coonamble

Thurn is a 8,000 acre sheep and cattle property in north west
NSW, situated 50 kilometres west of Coonamble on the Quambone Road.

The property is reknowned for its abundant birdlife (including nesting brolgas)
and wetlands. Guests may join in normal property activities such as
mustering sheep and cattle and general stock work, or simply relax. Horse
riding is available for experienced riders. A tennis court is available and
open fires in winter. Shearing takes place in February – March, lambing and
calving in July.
