Wangi Point Lakeside Holiday Park, Wangi Wangi

Welcome to Wangi Point Lakeside Holiday Park nestled between the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie and Wangi Point Flora and Fauna Reserve. You are invited to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and soak up the serenity afforded by the natural beauty of the bush setting and untouched foreshore. Whether you bring a caravan or tent, or stay in one of our Cabins or Villas, you will enjoy the beautiful serenity Wangi Point Lakeside Holiday Park has to offer.

If you are a nature lover, you have come to the right place! The Holiday Park is within a 60ha reserve of rainforest remnants and eucalypt stands. Meander through the walking trails and enjoy panoramic views of the Lake as you experience the native flora and fauna. If you are lucky, you may even spot a koala in its natural habitat! Friendly visits from Possums & Kookaburras are an exquisite touch to your relaxing stay.

The Lake is a fisherman’s paradise and is perfect for swimming, canoeing, windsurfing, boating and sailing. A public boat ramp and jetty, adjoining the park, provide safe and easy access to beautiful Lake Macquarie.

Wangi Point Lakeside Holiday Park is surrounded by the many attractions Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region have to offer. The world famous Hunter Valley Wine District is only an hour’s drive away. A short drive and you can explore the beauty and serenity of the Watagan Mountains, or grab a bargain at nearby Morisset Mega Markets.

A short distance to other recreational facilities such as golf, lawn bowls, tennis, shopping and a variety of licensed clubs makes Wangi Point Lakeside Holiday Park an ideal holiday choice for all the family. Of course, you could just stay in the park and soak up the ambience of the Lake and the surrounding bush. Whatever your preference, friendly staff will help make your stay both a memorable and relaxing experience.
