Opal Cove Resort Coffs Harbour, Coffs Harbour

Korora Bay just north of Coffs Harbour is one of Australia’s most spectacular pieces of coastline with its headland covered by coastal rainforest. Nestled amongst 36 hectares of native bushland overlooking this magnificent stretch of ocean is Opal Cove Resort with 135 guestrooms and 38 self contained two and three bedroom villas.

Guests find they can do as much or as little as they like at the resort in their leisure time. For the energetic, there are tennis courts, a gymnasium, 9- hole par three golf course and organised daily activities. Those seeking a slower pace will find plenty of picturesque quiet spots for recharging the batteries by the pools and freshwater lagoon or on the beach, or for complete relaxation, they can also treat themselves to a massage at the onsite massage and beauty retreat.

The local Coffs Harbour area is well worth discovering and there is an array of tours available including rainforest drives whitewater rafting, game fishing and top-class scuba diving. At the resort’s Discovery Desk staff can help with information and bookings for all of the attractions and activities in the local region.

Opal Cove Resort is a haven for families. The resort’s Kids Club has fully supervised activity programs for children aged 2 to 12 years. Activities range from beach Olympics and sand modelling to arts and crafts and off site excursions to attractions like the Big Banana and the Indoor Rock-Climbing centre. A creche for toddlers is also available during school holidays.
