Telegraph Retreat comprises 3 luxury cottages individual in their decorating style and offering unsurpassed service facilities and total privacy. Attention to detail is a highlight of Telegraph Retreat. Fresh flowers adorn the antique furniture, fluffy bathrobes, complimentary slippers and bathroom personal amenities add to the experience of a therapeutic spa-pool and home baked treats which can be enjoyed with the specialty teas and coffees.

As hosts, Robyn and Ian are committed to ensuring that each guest be indulged and pampered during their stay perhaps with an aromatherapy massage experience.

Romantic Silver Service Dinners, complete with local wine and boutique chocolates, picnic lunches and BBQ hampers delivered to your door, can be yours at the Telegraph Retreat.

Accommodation Options

Gardenia & Lavender Cottages

Luxury private open plan cottages designed specifically with couples in mind. Queen bed, lounge dining, fully equipped kitchen and period style bathrooms, complete with claw-foot bath, large separate shower and ornate timber vanity. The kitchen enables guests to self-cater or alternatively, choose to dine in the formal dining room of the main residence and be totally indulged with a sumptuous and generous 3-course Silver Service Dinner or enjoy a gourmet meal to the cottage or BBQ banquette. Their individual decorating styles create an ambience of intimacy and romance, perfectly suited to accommodation for two. The charm of both cottages is enhanced through the inclusion of antique furniture and thoughtful attention to detail. The cottages are situated 65m apart and 220m from your host’s residence and the 2-storey Federation Cottage. Breakfast included in tariff and supplied in the cottages consists of: fruit juice, choice of cereals, fresh farm eggs, bacon, homemade jams, specialty teas and coffees, and hot homemade bread delivered to your door. Children not catered for in these cottages.

2 Storey Federation House

The 2-storey Federation House has been designed to allow guests the choice of enjoying a romantic getaway for two, a perfect family holiday or a great location for a group of friends relaxing together. The luxury self catering house is located 35m from the hosts’ residence, provides guests as much privacy and space as they choose. This is achieved by incorporating two living areas and wide sweeping return verandahs, which provide ample room for everyone to find their own place to relax. A superbly appointed house featuring polished timber floors, hand-painted ceiling roses and cornices, clawfoot bath, antique and period furniture and exquisite soft furnishings. Sweeping verandahs, private spa pool (jaccuzi) and outdoor living areas ensure a relaxing country holiday break in an Australian natural bushland setting. Wood heaters add to the ambience making the house warm and cosy in the cooler months of this temperate climate region of NSW Australia.
