Felicity’s Guest House is located only 9kms from Hay on a local property. Visit a unique location set amongst the natural surroundings of the Western Riverina. Blend in with the local flora during a relaxing stay nestled amongst the gum trees and established 3 hectares of gardens, overlooking the tranquil Murrumbidgee River.

A deluxe private suite with river views amid a three hectare garden. Includes queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette and private sitting rooms with television. Tennis court, croquet lawn and BBQ area are available for use.

Cook your own Breakfast offering a hearty menu selection with ample food supplied.
