Rock Lily Cottages, Bega

Rock Lily cottages are fully self-contained, private, secluded and romantic with all the comforts of home, but in a beautiful country setting. You can experience spectacular mountain and valley views from each cottage, glorious sunsets, starry nights and the fragrant smell of Australian gum trees and wattles. A place to unwind, relax and admire nature.

Our two mud brick cottages have restored old leadlight windows, TV, VCR, radio and tape deck, verandah and outdoor barbecue / picnic area. Each has a queen bed, en suite bathroom and wood fire. These cottages are located on our 100-acre property, and you can go for walks down the property. Close by is the magnificent Brogo Dam, where you can go canoeing or throw in a line and do a spot of fishing. Our 2-bedroom cottage can sleep up to 6 guests.

Our timber mountain cabin is located on its own 16-acre property, perched on the edge of a cliff with a large deck and panoramic views. Although secluded and remote it has an air conditioner, TV, radio and tape deck, record player, a DVD / CD player, romantic four poster bed, cosy wood fire, old wood stove, and restored church pews. It also has a modern electric stove. There is a resident Wombat who delights guest with visits most nights.

There are 2 horses, 2 border collies, and 2 little maltese X dogs at our 100-acre property. All our cottages are dog friendly, with fully enclosed dog yards and kennels, so your best friend can come too.

Fresh flowers, chocolates and a complimentary starter breakfast hamper are placed in the cottage when you arrive, with enough provisions for your first 1-2 days breakfasts.

We are located halfway between Sydney and Melbourne, 8 kms off the Princes Highway in a beautiful unspoilt area called the ‘Sapphire Coast‘.
