Close to all amenities yet excellent country views . Fine dinning is available localy with BYO (Bring your own bottle) of wine. All rooms are quiet and air conditioned to suit time of year. We offer Queen size beds in three rooms and the Garden room has a Kingsize with Spa bath. Arroma therapy and Massage can be arranged by appointment. Your hosts Alan & Gabbi have travelled extensively in Scotland, England Ireland etc. and stayed in B&B’s also within Australia, we know that what we provide is excellent and extremely good value. We have been operating for four years now and already have had many of our former guests return two and three times.

Pigeon House room offers a queen sized bed with ensuite and is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and modern facilities. The balcony overlooks the semi-rural environment with views to the spectacular Budawang Mountains. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV & video.

The Castle room offers a queen sized bed with ensuite and is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and modern facilities.
