Caves Beach House accommodates up to 8 people and is designed to cater for all seasons – the upstairs open plan living area, together with a good size back yard, is ideal during Summer while the wood fire heater and comfortable furnishings is cosy for Winter.

Its close proximity to the beach, lake and local facilities make it a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The park reserve is ideal for families to fly a kite or play ball. Only 100 metres away there is a choice of three beaches:

Caves Beach – patrolled swimming area and caves and extensive rock pools to explore.
Hams Beach – popular for beach fishing and swimming away from the crowds.
Frenchmans Beach – popular surf board riding beach.
The local shops and Caves Hotel Bar/Restaurant are just down the end of the road. It is a 3 minutes drive to Swansea Shopping Centre, 5 minutes drive to Lake Macquarie and 30 minutes drive to Newcastle.
