The RoosterHill experience involves relaxation – in your own queen-sized guest quarters that look out onto spectacular views valley views. Your ensuite is stocked with fluffy towels and aromatic toiletries, and your own private, sunny courtyard is made for reflection. Your room also has a range of coffees, teas and daily selection of home-made treats. Your own private sitting room is stocked with good books and magazines and the lounges are made to relax in.

Home cooked modern meals that feature the finest and freshest of our local produce are the order of the day at RoosterHill. We use biodynamic beef, lamb and eggs and look to preparing food that suits the season. Some samples of our fare include roast beef with a juniper berry crust; Aussie barbecues with a difference; roasted free-range chicken with baked vegetables; and deserts using our local fruits. At breakfast, you can ask for the full country spread with your eggs just as you like them, or opt for fruits, yoghurt and healthy cereals.

Oberon is only 40 minutes from Jenolan Caves and is surrounded by charming villages such as Tarana, Hampton, O’Connell, Black Springs and wonderful pine forests full of mushrooms and blackberries (in season). You can visit famous local sights such as the Jenolan and Wombeyan Caves, walk Kanangra Walls or follow some famous local trails and discover for yourself the beauty of this very cool highland country.
