Kooyong (circa 1890) located in the heart of south Leura is an exclusive self contained Victorian style luxury retreat. The property is centrally heated and exquisitely renovated throughout. There are 3 double bedrooms, 3 period style bathrooms and lounge area with open fireplace, conservatory and a large entertaining room opening onto a provincial style terrace overlooking one and a quarter acres of magnificent rolling lawns and gardens.

Kooyong is ideal for one to three couples looking for privacy and seclusion and yet still wanting to be close to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques offered by Leura village.

The whole property is exclusively for the use of one group of guests. There is no sharing with strangers. You will be greeted by our fully trained butler who will introduce you to the property and amenities before leaving you to relax and enjoy all Kooyong has to offer.
