Beach Lodge – Lakeshores Self Catering Accommodation, The, Swansea Heads

This roomy tri level holiday home is the perfect spot to unwind. Overlooking the Salt Bay Lake Foreshore at the entrance to Lake Macquarie, this home is the perfect holiday spot for fishing, boating and both lake & ocean watersports.

With plenty of living space, including a lounge room on the first floor, family room and indoor/outdoor entertainment area on the ground floor, the Beach Lodge is an ideal holiday home for the larger family or two smaller families.

The first floor lounge area features fully upholstered sofas, a large colour TV and DVD player with sliding glass doors opening out onto a balcony with views over the Bush reserve to the Lake channel.

The northerly aspect catches the North Easterly sea breezes in the afternoons.

A functional kitchen is open to the downstairs living areas which provide plenty of family casual seating and entertainment space and opens out onto the enclosed BBQ and outdoors eating area.

AIR CONDITIONED FOR YOUR COMFORT

Sleeping accommodation consists of 2 x double bedrooms one with a QS bed; the other with a DS bed and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 x single beds.

The master bedroom has its own balcony looking out over the bush reserve to the lake channel.

There are two toilets, a bathroom with shower and bath and laundry with an automatic washing machine.

Dogs are allowed, subject to Health Regulations, with undercover sleeping areas for them. (Not allowed indoors under any circumstances and a Bond to cover any damages, etc. is required)

Both the lake and the beach are just a hop, step & a jump away.
