Koala Waters – Luxury Self-Contained Beach House at Hawks Nest. Endulge youself and your partner, family or friends by enjoying the exclusive rental of this newly built luxury beach house overlooking Swan Bay and the Myall River.

The top level has a spacious open plan lounge, dinning area, and kitchen on the top floor, leading to the master bedroom, all air-conditioned.

Two other bedrooms are on the lower level together with rumpus room and double garage.

All bedrooms have queen beds, ensuite (two have spa bath) and air conditioning. The floors are heated for extra comfort on cold winter mornings.

Koala Waters is only a short distance to the surf beach, Jimmy’s beach (Port Stephens), golf club, and Tea Gardens and the Myall river waterfront.

Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens on the northern side of Port Stephens are a water lovers paradise. Surf, swim, fish (beach, boat, estuary, river), canoe, water ski or just paddle around. Hawks Nest is the gateway to the Myall Lakes National Park. Miles of deserted beaches and lakes.

Combine with friends or a pamper yourself and your partner. A special rate of approximately 60% of the full rate is available for one or two people except during school holiday period.
