The Western Star Hotel Motel in the heart of Windorah provides a true outback experience for visitors. The only hotel in the area, it provides accommodation and meals for travellers.

Built in 1878, the Western Star Hotel Motel is the oldest hotel in Windorah and one of the oldest in the region. The owners are working at returning the interior and exterior of the building to its former glory, adding to the charm of the hotel and the township.

The hotel remains a focal point for the local community, being a venue for many gatherings and events. Visitors are invited to mix with the locals at the bar and experience traditional outback hospitality.
