Hills of Gold Motel, Nundle

Nestled in the hills of the historic gold mining township of Nundle (50 km south east of Tamworth) at the start of the Fossicker’s Way, our motel with its landscaped gardens and picturesque views of the mountains gives plenty of room for those who would like a few days to play golf or bowls, bush walk, gold pan or fossick, fish, bird watch, shop (antiques, art and craft, woolen products, old style new kitchen wares, etc) swim, or just relax and enjoy the rural surroundings. Our location in the heart of Nundle township gives easy access (across the road) to the Peel Inn or Cha Cha Restaurant for lunch or dinner, or a convivial drink or coffee with friends.

Pristine wilderness without a single footprint in sight, the sparkle of cosmopolitan high rise on the waters edge, the adrenalin pumping roar of a powerful surf beach, or quite simply the perfect white squeaky sand that squelches between your toes.
