This 1860’s pioneer cottage has two bedrooms to accommodate up to four people in comfortably appointed rooms. Comfortable lounge chairs for peaceful relaxation with a good book or a favourite movie in front of a winter fire.

Over half a hectare of riverside garden including a Eucalypt forest and an old dairy bordered by the Bremer River and surrounded by vineyards. Find a quiet spot and take in the clear air…careful not to gulp.

The cottage features period appointed bedrooms, polished wooden floors, wood fires in two rooms, eat in country kitchen, full cooking facilities, modern bathroom, air conditioning (heating and cooling), television and DVD, lovely cottage garden, barbecue and outdoor eating.

Things to do: six cellar doors in easy walking distance including the famous Langhorne Creek favourites. The cottage is located only 500 metres from the Bridge Hotel offering fine food and great local atmosphere. Aside from walking around the district, you are within an easy drive of many attractions including Monarto Zoo (20 minutes), the antique stores of High Street, Strathalbyn (10 minutes), the old river ports of Milang (15 minutes) and Goolwa (20 minutes) or follow the dry stone walls of the Bremer Valley through Woodchester to the old mining towns of Callington and Kanmantoo (15 minutes).
