Dalrymple Tourist Van Park, Charters Towers

The Dalrymple Tourist Van Park is an award winning Park located on six acres of spacious, tranquil surroundings.

It is a quiet, friendly Park boasting spacious caravan sites, grassed camp sites, sparkling clean amenities, 18 full self contained cabins (including two family units), drive through sites, modern cooking facilities, large saltwater pool, sauna, dump point, kiosk, ice, gas refills, large covered barbecue area, camp fire, bird aviary and disabled facilities. They are large enough to cater for large motorhomes and buses and welcome group bookings.

Are you a Senior? Don’t forget to flash your Seniors Card for a discount at the Park. And, of course, they welcome pets. They understand how hard it is to travel with pets so they cater for them too.

While you’re there join in the social events throughout the winter season, cool off in their large swimming pool, relax in the shade or sweat it out in the sauna. Either way you are sure to have a great time.

The Park adjoins a golf club, so why not fit in a game of golf while you are staying. All equipment is available for hire including motorised golf buggys at the Park.

Bookings to tourist attractions can be made free-of-charge.

Why not finish off the day with a barbecue or sit around the camp fire and have a yard.

The park is located two kilometres north of the information centre on the Lynd Highway.

Please come the extra mile and experience a wonderfully warm welcome.
