Islander Backpackers Resort, Gold Coast

Islander Backpackers Resort is located smack bang in the heart of Surfers Paradise, right next door to the bus station and only one block to the beach. This is the closest backpacker hostel to everything! They are right next door to the Gold Coast‘s very own ‘Down Under Bar’ and only a short walk to a variety of shops, pubs, cafes and nightlife to suit everyone.

Where else can you stay that offers you free use of all of our resort facilities including tropical pool, spa, steam room, tennis court, squash court and barbecue area. They also have a bottle shop, laundry, common room, kitchen, two internet cafes, car and bike hire, tour bookings, 24 hour reception and DVD/video library so you can feel right at home.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with an awesome view of the pool. They offer four, five and six share dorm rooms as well as twin/double rooms. All rooms are well equipped with an ensuite bathroom, private lockers, bar fridge, television and balcony.

Islander Backpackers is in a fantastic location to take advantage of all there is to do on the Gold Coast. The tour desk can arrange for you to visit theme parks, learn to surf, bush walk through world heritage listed rainforests, take a sailing trip to South Stradbroke Island or sea kayak on the Broadwater. Or if you prefer, simply relax by the pool or mozy on down to the famous Surfers Paradise Beach.

All of the dorm rooms are clean, comfortable and provide space for everyone. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, balcony, television and personal lockers for each guest.
