Point Leo Beach House, Point Leo

Located in Point Leo, the house is ideal for a seaside getaway. Swim, learn to surf, walk along the beach, indulge at the nearby wineries, play a round of golf or lay in bed and listen to the waves, all tastes and energy levels are catered for. The house comprises 4 bed rooms and provides fully self-contained, beachside accommodation for up to 8 people (2 queen + 2 x 2 single), making it ideal for a large family or small group. The house is close to safe swimming beaches, a patrolled surf beach, general store and the Mornington Peninsula‘s famous restaurants, wineries, galleries and golf courses. The Red Hill and Emu Plains markets are both a 10 minute drive away and nearby Ashcombe Maze and Cape Schanck National Park provide alternative entertainment opportunities for the kids. It has recently undergone a complete internal renovation and now has a large, open-plan living area, modern kitchen and external deck with views to the nearby beach and Phillip Island. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic cook-top and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and all utensils and crockery. A gas BBQ is located on the front deck. The bedrooms all contain comfortable bedding (doonas) and all bed linen is supplied however guests are required to bring their own bath towels. The double rooms have doors opening onto the front veranda. The lounge room has two large couches and digital television with VCR and DVD/CD. A selection of DVD’s is also available along with games, cards, books and magazines. For cosy winter stays the house also has a wood heater and cut/split wood is supplied. The house is situated on a large block, great for footy or cricket and also provides ample undercover parking which doubles as a play area with table tennis etc.
