The Darling River offers excellent fishing, while the lake-like billabongs teem with yabbies- this delicious Australian delicacy can be compared to fresh water crayfish.

From Dunvegan, Mildura on the mighty Murray River is within easy reach. This oasis in the desert uses the life giving water of the great Murray River, through irrigation, to create a fertile verdant land. Here endless rows of grape vines, orange groves, citrus varieties, olives and prime vegetables luxuriate over the long sunlit days. This cornucopia of rich produce is sent to every corner of Australia.
