Riversleigh! What can we say? With friendly service and accommodation that is different this is the place to stay. Riversleigh is a heritage listed building it consists of an original doctor’s house “Heatherlea and 2 Victorian Terraces built in 1886.In 1985 it was converted to accommodation and restaurant. Situated one street off the main highway you can be assured of a good nights sleep. In the morning take the river walk or stroll to the shops 500 metres from the front door. The building has been kept as close to original as possible with all modern conveniences added for guests comfort. Be for business or pleasure we can offer something different. Rooms have ensuites with TV, remote control, tea/coffee making, iron/board mini bar, refrigerator and comfy beds. The Riversleigh restaurant is the place to dine with good food and an excellent wine list, you will not be disappointed. In the colder months sit by the fire read the paper or just relax. Our courtyard is a great place to be in the summer months or sit on the veranda overlooking the river.
