High (3.8m) open space alternating as living, dining, study, with mezzanine bed loft and library. Across corridor to swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym and barbecues. Apartment comprises: * Kitchen: Fully equipped with hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and pantry * Laundry: Fully equipped with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board * Bathroom includes toilet, full bath and shower (linen provided) * Main room includes dining table, sofa, study desk, television, HiFi, ADSL internet access * Mezzanine loft has double bed and library (books, games) * Courtyard includes herb garden, shade umbrellas and dining table * Security access to internal courtyard with swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, barbecue. The bed on the mezzanine loft is a standard double bed, while the sofa also opens out to a standard double bed. It is therefore possible for two persons to sleep separately or together (bedding is available within the linen closet to provide for either arrangement). However, while the high ceiling makes the Apartment feel quite spacious, it is after all, a studio apartment, and is not suitable for more than two persons. Close to everything, including free City Circle tram: * 5-10 minute walk to Southern Cross Station, inter-state/ regional trains, coaches, Sky Bus airport link * 10-20 minute walk to Victorian Arts Centre, National Gallery Victoria, restaurants and major shops * 30 minute walk (10 minutes tram) to MCG, Tennis Open Restrictions: * Non-smoking (smoke alarms throughout building) * No pets allowed * Noise curfew (11:30pm) throughout building. * Steep narrow staircase to mezzanine level may not be accessible to persons with impaired mobility.
