Twilight Safari

Looking for something to do after perhaps a morning at the beach or shopping? Why not join this Twilight Safari? This is Mountain Trek Adventures newest tour and is not to be missed.

Travel to Springbrook Plateau climbing over 600 metres. Lookouts, rainforest, waterfalls, 3000 year old beech trees – Springbrook has it all! During your visit see the rainforest in a different light and discover some of the best lookouts and waterfalls in the region. On the return to the coast, the views of Surfers Paradise are simply spectacular.

From The Sea To The Mountains

For people with a limited amount of time or who do not desire a full day outing this tour is an ideal way to be introduced to the delights of the Gold Coast Hinterland.

Travel up rugged mountain roads to Tamborine Mountain. Experience spectacular views on the way. On reaching the top, take a guided walk through the rainforest. Time then for a delicious morning tea in the Botanical Gardens. Stroll along Gallery Walk, famous for its many interesting arts and crafts shops. Also visit a local winery.

4WD Rainforest Discovery

This tour takes you to World Heritage listed Lamington National Park and O’Reilly’s Guest House. Feed Crimson Rosellas and King Parrots by hand; view the rainforest canopy from the Tree Top Walk and stroll through the Botanical Gardens.

After a couple of hours spent at Lamington National Park they take the four wheel drive track, down through the beautiful Kerry Valley, which is prime beef cattle and horse breeding area, to the country town of Beaudesert where you have a barbecue lunch.

After lunch, drive to Tamborine Mountain. Walk through the Joalah National Park to see Curtis Falls.
