Penguin and Seal Island Cruises offers you to experience ‘nature’ at its very best.

Take a cruise in the crystal clear water of Shoalwater Bay on our glass bottom boat and experience the rugged natural beauty of these spectacular islands.

Visit the rare Australian Sea Lions at Seal Island as they laze on the sands of Seal Island. Spend the day at Penguin Island, home to the Little Penguins and Pelicans.

All cruises (except night cruises) include entry into the Penguin Experience Discovery Centre on Penguin Island where we feed the penguins three times daily at 1030, 1230 and 1430.

Touring Options

Penguin Experience (Penguin Island)

A short ferry ride is all it takes to discover the wonders of Penguin Island, home to the little Penguins and the Penguin Island Discovery Centre. Explore the unique island and observe many plants and animals in their natural environment. Take advantage of the beautiful swimming and snorkelling beaches as well.
Departs: Hourly between 0900 and 1500 daily.
Returns: Hourly between 1000 and 1600.
Costs: Adults $15.50, Concession $14.50 and Children $12.50

Shoalwater Islands Cruise (Penguin and Seal Island)

Take a 45 minute cruise in the crystal clear waters of Shoalwater Bay and experience the rugged natural beauty of these spectacular islands. This cruise visits the secluded beach of Seal Island where the rare sea lions lounge. The cruise concludes on Penguin Island where you can return at your own leisure.

Departs: 1115 or 1315 daily.
Returns: Hourly until 1600
Cost: Adult $31.50, Concession $28.00 and Children $22.50
