Holiday Inn Townsville’s restaurant, the Stokes Street Bar & Grill, incorporates modern contemporary cuisine along with more traditional favourites. As well as an a la carte dinner menu that changes with the seasons, the restaurant boasts a magnificent Seafood Buffet on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Happy Hour in the Stokes Street Bar cannot be missed with its relaxed tropical atmosphere, great drink specials, comfy couches and giant Plasma television screen.

Townsville has 300 days of sunshine a year, the wet season is December through February but most of the rain is in the form of tropical showers. Winters are warm with cool nights.
