Fraser Lodge Holiday Park, Hervey Bay

Just a short stroll from award winning BIG4 Fraser Lodge Holiday Park is Hervey Bay’s unspoilt, sheltered Torquay Beach – ideal for all year round swimming, fishing and a variety of water sports plus a large playground with picnic areas. Hervey Bay is the perfect family holiday destination complemented with a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs located just around the corner.

Whether travelling by car, caravan, motor home or pitching a tent they have a wide variety of accommodation and sites to choose from, all in a relaxed tropical setting with full access to all facilities including a natural sanctuary dam abundant with ducks, turtles and local bird life.

They have a relaxed area for you to take the time and browse the extensive range of tours and local attractions available. Their knowledgeable staff are always on hand to ensure you pick the appropriate tour to suit your needs. Explore World Heritage Listed Fraser Island including world famous Lake McKenzie. One, two and three day organized trips can be arranged or self drive tours are available.

Hervey Bay is recognized as the Whale capital of the world and from late July to early November, humpback whales visit the area to play and feed their young. It is an awesome experience to have a close encounter with these magical creatures.

Enjoy beautiful Lady Elliot Island located on the Southern Great Barrier Reef.

Tours can be arranged and booked through Fraser Lodge Holiday park’s free booking office with a free courtesy pickup on most tours.

Accommodation Options

Holiday Unit

These are separate bedroom, fully self contained unit with bathroom, full kitchen, fridge, microwave, television, video and lounge area. They have split air conditioning, ceiling fans and washing machine. There is a queen size bed with linen supplied in the separate bedroom with a double bunk and trundle with curtain divider. Adjoining rooms are also available.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Villa

New, fully self contained two bedroom villas with spacious bathroom, full kitchen facilities, microwave, fridge and lounge area. They have split air conditioning, two remote televisions, video and DVD player and hairdryer. They have a queen bed (linen supplied) as well as a double bunk and a single bed ensemble. Each villa has a large balcony with an outdoor setting overlooking the sanctuary dam.
Also available is an ultra modern two bedroom villa as above with disabled bathroom and wheelchair access ramp.

Studio Unit

These are an open plan, fully self contained unit with bathroom, new kitchen, fridge, microwave, remote television and two-seater lounge. They are air conditioned with a ceiling fan and have a large balcony with outdoor setting. They have a queen bed with linen supplied as well as double bunks with a trundle, or a duo bunk.

Ensuite Cabin

Open plan with curtain divider. These are fully self contained with kitchen facilities, bathroom, fridge, microwave, television, two-seater lounge and fan. They have a double bed with linen supplied as well as a set of triple bunks.

Standard Cabin

Open plan with curtain divider. These are fully self contained with kitchen facilities, bathroom, fridge, microwave, television, two-seater lounge and fan. They have a double bed with linen supplied as well as a set of triple bunks.

Two Bedroom Garden Villa

Similar in design to the Delux villas but with semi ensuite and a washing machine. Choose from either a spa bath/shower, bath/shower, or shower only. Fully self contained with full kitchen facilities, lounge area, split air conditioning, two remote televisions and a video/DVD player. They have a queen size bed with linen supplied, and various sleeping configurations in the second bedroom (duo bunks, double bunk with single ensemble or double bed). Linen is available for hire. Idea for families or two couples traveling together. Relax on the balcony overlooking the tropical gardens and barbecue areas.

Treat yourselves to a separate bedroom, very up market deluxe villa with king size bed. This retreat is fully self contained with full kitchen facilities, lounge area, split air conditioning, two televisions, video and DVD player and a large two person spa with separate shower. Relax and take in the view on the large balcony suspended over the sanctuary dam with outdoor setting. Spoil and indulge your self with this villa, which has been beautifully decorated with up market decor. The ultimate in relaxation!!
