Castle Hotel, York
The Castle Hotel York is reputed to be the oldest surviving hotel in Western Australia, built by Samuel Craig using convict labour in 1853.
It was the first two storey building in York, which was founded in 1830 and is the oldest inland town in Western Australia.
The hotel has been restored with the original facade intact and refurbished with 19th century reproduction furniture.
